- Chemical waste related to research or teaching operations including chemically-contaminated sharps
- Chemical waste associated with painting operations that are NOT associated with facilities maintenance operations
- Used mercury-containing lamps/bulbs/other equipment and used batteries (not including alkaline batteries) that are NOT associated with facilities maintenance operations

Biological Waste Pickup Request
Please submit a Medical/Biological Waste Pickup Request for biohazard boxes and/or biohazard roll offs.
- Use this form for animal carcasses, tissues, and bones; infectious agent contaminated animal bedding, plastics, or paper; medical waste including sharps in appropriate sharps containers
- Use the Chemical Waste Pickup Request for any biological materials that have been exposed to chemotherapeutics, nanoparticle waste, or chemically preserved biological materials
