2025 Submission Deadlines, Meeting Dates & Meeting Minutes
Protocol submissions for new research, amendments to existing protocols, and annual renewals and or project closure can be submitted at any time to the IBC through the online SciShield platform.
All submissions will be reviewed by an IBC member and those utilizing pathogens and/or recombinant or synthetic nucleic acids will be reviewed by the full committee at the next convened meeting.
Please see the submission deadline below for the indicated IBC Meeting Date.
Submissions are due by NOON on dates indicated below in order to be considered for IBC review. Submissions received after the deadline will be placed on the next regularly scheduled meeting agenda.
